Copied from my project page but really need help [emoji22]

Ok so all was going really well. All the fiddly bits on it starts on 1st button push idles by itsself...... then today happens [emoji17] and now I need help and ideas.

So this afternoon i went to move the bike around, switched ignition on pressed the starter, then a small bang and i hear a pssst! WTF I thought..

I found that on the right side of the engine (#4cyl) between the cylinder head and the barrel, when i press the starter fuel will now squirt out the side...

Im hoping ive just fff'ed the gasket.. all head nuts are correctly tightened at 22Nm, and a little more now.

Ideas please.. fuel squirts out between the head and barrel circled below.Image
